That's what a recent survey of more than 13,000 people in the United States revealed. Avast last week reported its findings. Among them: The majority of women snoop on their men's phones just because they're curious, but a third of married women peek at their hubby's mobile to see if he's faithful. Paranoia? Maybe not.

TiVo pulled out all the stops at this year's CEDIA show, which typically features the biggest and flashiest new offerings in the world of home theater. Fifteen years after pioneering the DVR space, the company on Monday announced the TiVo Mega, which boasts 24 terabytes of recording space -- enough to store more than 26,000 hours of standard definition or 4,000 hours of high-definition video. It is aimed at the power user who may never want to delete anything and is willing to fork over $5,000 for the privilege.

Well it was another rough week here in the Linux blogosphere, thanks to the ongoing conflagration over Systemd. Linux Girl hasn't dared shed her flame-retardant cape yet -- just in case -- but was relieved when the conversation took a turn late in the week down at the blogosphere's seedy Broken Windows Lounge. More than a few bloggers were seeking some respite from the flames. "Does learning to code outweigh a degree in computer science?" was the question that got the proverbial ball rolling.
